Phoenix waiting on Muscat

Wellington Phoenix coach Ricki Herbert says there is still a chance that full-back Manny Muscat might take his place on the right side of defence against Adelaide United.
The in-form right-back, who is expecting his first child with wife Rebecca, had been in Melbourne until last weekend to be with his family.
However, he made a surprise return to Wellington in order to play in last Sunday's 3-1 defeat of Melbourne Heart before flying off to Australia again the very next day.
There is some chance that he might opt to do the same this weekend too, but Herbert says that nothing can be said with certainty at this moment.
"We will give him a little bit of peace and see where he is tomorrow. I think it's probably a lot closer to the other side of things happening for him," Herbert said.
"But the good thing is it's only an hour flight and we can get him back pretty quickly as well. Let's wait and see. I don't want to make any promises. We know where he is at and if we can get him fantastic."
In case Muscat doesn't makes it in time, his place in the Phoenix backline will be taken by his understudy Vince Lia.
The Phoenix are 3.00 to earn a victory over Adelaide, with United 3.30 to secure a draw.
