Same courses bore Turner

Hayley Turner has admitted that she finds racing at this time of the year somewhat repetitive.
The first lady of the turf admitted: "It's the same tracks, same horses and I'm getting a little dizzy riding around them. However, maybe the punters don't mind so much because perhaps the results are a bit more predictable."
She admits that her favourite track is Lingfield where she seems to pick up plenty of winners and that her least favourite is Kempton Park.
She said of Lingfield: "The five furlong and 1.2 furlong races are not good as they are run on the inner track and you need to be bang up with the speed as hold-up horses have little opportunity to be involved as the straight is so short. The wider track is a lot fairer with there being a false rail about a furlong out.
"The track is running a lot slower than usual and is taking some getting used to."

Of Southwell, Hayley claims that course and distance form is more important here than at any other track in the country and that it really suits the keener horses.
She finds Wolverhampton a track where horses can win from most positions and declares: "I wouldn't say there are a huge number of hard-luck stories here but probably more than at Southwell."
