The Los Angeles Lakers dropped to 1-7 away from home as they were easily defeated 100-89 by the Milwaukee Bucks.
Playing without Andrew Bogut who is expected to miss at least two months with a broken left ankle, the Bucks still had too much for the Lakers.
Drew Gooden had a team-high for Milwaukee with 23 points and Mike Dunleavy and Ersan Ilyasova each chipped in with 15 off the bench as six Bucks were in double figures.
The Lakers were led by Kobe Bryant's 27, but the perennial All-Star was only 1-of-5 from 3-point range as part of a 10-of-21 effort on the evening.

The New York Knicks were again without Carmelo Anthony and lost 97-84 to the Rockets in Houston. Goran Dragic, Chase Budinger and Jordan Hill combined for 49 points as the Houston bench stepped up in a big way.
New York were led by Amare Stoudemire who was 10-of-20, but the Knicks shot just 38% from the field in losing their third consecutive contest.
The Knicks are 7501.00 to win the NBA Championship, with the Rockets 7501.00
